Several Voyage Magazine subscribers have asked about the tektite they
received as part of their magazine subscription.. They want to know what type
it is, where it is from, etc.
Well, they are from the Phillippines, they are the "lunar splash-type"
variety. A few subscribers are interested in purchasing additional stones, in
the display boxes, for whatever reasons...
If you want more stones, please drop me an e-mail... When I go to lecture
children at varioius schools about Space, meteorites, and Astronomy, I
usually use several of them as "give-aways" to the students. This arouses
their curiousity... Who knows.... they might even begin collecting!!!!!
Material on the future Voyage! Magazine issues will be posted on our

time to time...
