unanswered question

To the group:
Regarding common (from what I've read) inclusions of graphite and troilite
in Gibeon irons:
1.Are the soft black graphite looking inclusions that tend to dissolve
during the etching process indeed graphite?
2.Is troilite a form of iron sulfide?
3. What do troilite inclusions (in Gibeon) look like?
Thanks,
Ed Walsh
