             And the meteorite, now on show in a museum, is to be
             named "leader of the Turkmens" in honour of the
             president. 

Just FYI: Niyazov, President of Turkmenistan, has developed a
personality cult that rivals that of Kim Il Sung and Mao Zedong.  This
is another example of his self glorification.

Wonder what the Nomenclature Committee will have to say about this.....
