How about this...set a selling date for Monanahs.
Takes bids on amount each bidder is willing to pay for a piece.
Total the bids.
Figure percentage of the total for each bidder.
Cut Monanahs in proper percentages, reflecting all bids.
Mail out pieces.
So,if JOHN DOE bids $20000 and the TOTAL bids add up to $40000 he gets
half(He also suffers half of the total cutting losses, think of this as
if all saw dust was saved and sent in the proper percentages to each
buyer).
Nobody ends up with the whole thing.
Everyone gets the maximum for the amount they are willing to pay.
The boys get the maximum(all bids not just the highest) for college.
