Our Top Seal is non-toxic, non-flammable,
non-corrosive, impervious to UV, and moisture proof when cured. This product is
also used for stabilizing soil. Recent testing with the Texas Department of
Transportation have envolved Top Seal in asphalt recycling and stabilization in
place of using the current ratio of cement.
