Re: Ninninger Moment

DEAR MARTIN AND LIST MEMBERS,

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE RUINS; THE FIRST STEP OF PROTECTING THEM IS TO
FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK TO GET THEM ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORICAL
PLACES. SINCE I LIVE IN JAPAN NOW I CANNOT DO THIS. IF YOU WANT ASSISTANCE I
SUGGEST HELP FROM MY FORMER LIFE, I.E. USGS, N.P.S., THE SMITHSONIAN, OR THE
UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA. SECOND, A REQUEST TO THE USGS TO REVISE PRINTING FOR THE
NEXT PRINTING. THIRD, NEWSPAPER OR NATIONAL MEDIA TO GET PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR THE
CAUSE. SHORT OF A DEEP IMPACT THERE IS A CHANCE THESE MEASURES MIGHT WORK.
SOMEONE PLEASE TRY. AS AN ARCHAEOLOGIST AND A SCIENTIST I HOPE THAT WE CAN MAKE
A TEMPORARY MONUMENT TO THE NININGER MOMENT; AND DOCUMENT A DREAM TO REACH OUT
AND FIND OUR ORIGINS FROM SPACE.

SINCERELY,
DIRK D. ROSS
