Re: Hypothetical Planets

Hi All and Bernd (Sorry I left your name out the first time)

I received some private mail which leads me to believe that my statement of
'any incorrect data' was not taken as intended:-) Also, please be sure to
page up to the top where it starts so that the first sentence is not missed.

Hypothetical Planets
by Paul Schlyter (pausch@saaf.se)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
There have been a number of objects that were once thought to exist by
astronomers, but which later 'vanished'. Here are their stories.

Vulcan, the intra-Mercurial planet
Mercury's Moon
Neith, the Moon of Venus
The Earth's Second Moon
The Moons of Mars
The 14th Moon of Jupiter
Saturn's Ninth and Tenth Moons
Six Moons of Uranus
Planet X
Nemesis, the Sun's companion star
