I have had several questions regarding sale of the Catalogue, so here is a
posting to everyone:
I will not be selling the Catalogue
It is being published by Cambridge University Press, so will be available
from most major booksellers, or can be ordered direct from them
The planned price is around 75pounds, or 120 USD for book/CD-ROM package
The CD-ROM is for a PC. There are no plans for a MAC version, but it should
be readable on a MAC running a PC emulator
I repeat, there are no plans for a MAC version, and no amount of pleading
will change that
the next version, if I have strength and live long enough, will be via the web
