All of the navigation is done using the metric system, and Lockheed Martin
was to provide their portion in metric units, but failed to comply.

It has already been checked and verified not to be a problem.  The error was 
in the data relating to the reaction wheels on the orbiter; the lander 
doesn't carry reaction wheels.
