I am pleased to announce that as a result of a recent trade between the Dr.
Elbert King Collection of Meteorites, and the British Museum of Natural
History in London, International Meteorite Brokerage is able to present a
selection of exceptional complete slices of the Imilac pallasite, from the

We have also posted a number of photographs of the Imilac strewn field,
which were taken during my second expedition to the Atacama, in the spring
of 1997. I hope these photos are of interest to some List members.

announce: A few of Dr. King's Allende specimens are still available for
sale and, as of today, the prices have been lowered as follows:
Medium-sized blocks and fragments are now $2.75/gram; slices (in quantities
of 100 g or more) are available at $3.75/gram. These are special prices
which are, for the moment, being made available to List members only.
