Hello list-

I have a slice of Portales Valley I am looking to sell. Purchased in a
package deal and don't really need it. If any are interested, it weighs
28.7 grams. $17/gram for listers = $488 and priority shipping is free. A
link to a photo is attached. I should have it by week's end. I believe
it is right about 5cm at the widest point.

On the matter of tektite origin. Oh how I want to believe they are lunar
but I think at this point it would be easier to decide the chicken and
the egg connundrum. Chickens are NOT lunar but the moon IS eggshell
white through my telescope. With our two feuding experts on the hunt, I
am reasonably sure a missing link tektite will come up at some point.
Keep at it guys. I read your posts and am amazed at the conviction you
both have and the strong arguements both ways. I believe Darwin and
Scopes would be proud.
