Meteor blazes a trail over Ryde

There was a Christmas style treat for star gazers in Ryde early
this morning. A bright object in the skies above the town was
probably a huge meteor according to members of the Island's
astronomical society. Experts say it?s probably between a
tennis ball or football in size and there have been similar reports
across the country.
