Hay Gregory,
You lucky dog - of course, I don't even know if I have a birthday fall
(Sept. 19 - 1946, though the actual year is a real rarity, I am sure)
because
I am too stinking cheap to pay for shipping of one of the brilliant 2003
calendars I saw at the tektite party last Saturday - Man, I thought the
original calendar was terrific - but it didn't hold a candle to this new
one - outstanding quality it is (says Yoda).
Perhaps I can snag one at the Tucson Show - or, better yet, at the
Denver Show and beat the shipping cost...
Congrats to all involved in the production of this fine calendar.
Can anybody tell me if any fell on Sept. 19? (or, even POSSIBLY
that day in 1946?)
   Best wishes, Michael

Manbhoom (India) was a fall on my birthday. (well, the not the actual
DAY....I'm not a teenager any more but I don't quite go back to 1863.....;-)
A year or so ago I was able to obtain a nice crusted frag of this
birthday-fall, through the efforts of everyone's favo(ur)rite
bagpipe-playin', haggis-eatin', bubble-and-squeak-cookin' limey meteorite
dealer, Rob Elliott. (Thanks, Rob).

      Gregory

Manbhoom LL6 2.492g Purulia, West Bengal, India Fell 22nd December 1863
