[meteorite-list] The MetCat and Windows XP

Well, it was missing a .dll file. I found said file and it's working fine
now. Curious why it worked fine in '98. As for XP, it really has been
problem free for the most part and it IS a nice interface, perhaps they got
the bugs out. I didn't even try Netscape with it though, I caved to the
power of Microsoft and decided to save a lot of headaches. I'll miss those
steaming meteors Netscape had in the background when it was working.
