It's a "fine line".

Ok, no pun intended here on the description of the below offered
"meteorite".

It appears that this person is presenting, what they believe is, a meteorite.
The wording in their description seems to cover themselves if it's not.

If sold, regardless of the amount, is this fraudulent if it turns out to be
terrestrial in origin (note that the heading is "South Texas Meteorite -
36+ kilograms" )?
