 Greetings fellow listees,
     Friday the 13th will be the 3rd annual People's
Meteorite Auction in Denver. This year it will be held at
Matt Morgan's new home - thanks, Matt!
     I started this auction 2 years ago so everyone
(including dealers, of course) could sell meteorites at a
commission of only 10%. It is smaller than my Tucson
Auction, but still a heck of a lot of fun. This year Dean
Bessey won't be joining us, but "I BID A DOLLAR" Steve
Arnold almost certainly will be.
     Auction begins at 7 PM, so, sellers are encouraged
to come by 6 or at least 6:30, though items will be
accepted up until the last minute. Buyers, are also
encouraged to come early to check out the specimens -
and to socialize.
     NOW: NO BUYERS' PREMIUM - gavel price is the full
price paid.
     To get to Matt's from the main motel where almost
all the meteorite dealers are:

1- West on E 58th AVE (0.07 mi)
2- Turn LEFT onto I-25 S. Ramp (0.3 mi)
3- Merge onto I-25 S. (5.54 mi)
4- EXIT on US-6 W/6th AVE WEST Exit # 209B (0.24
mi)
5- Stay LEFT at Fork in the ramp (0.27 mi)
6- Stay LEFT at (another?) Fork in ramp ((0.13 mi.)
7- Merge oto US-6 W. (4.56 mi)
8- Exit at the CO-391 S/KIPLING ST. EXIT ((0.19 mi)
9- Merge onto KIPLING ST. (1.04 mi)
10- RIGHT on W. ALAMEDA AVE (0.99 mi)
11- W. ALAMEDA AVE. becomes W. ALAMEDA PKWY/
CO-26 (2.72 mi)
12- LEFT onto W. JEWELL AVE (0.37 mi)
13- LEFT onto S. BEECH ST. (0.09 mi)
The show is at 58th and I-25. Matt's house is at 1887 S.
Beech St.
