Date: Thu Apr 22 10:10:05 2004 Message-ID: <BAY1-F103Ty9CMdZpDs000109b5_at_hotmail.com> <html><div style='background-color:'><DIV>the whole forset park thing is amazing- it , like hurricanes, brings out the absolute worst and absolute best types of people. i have read accounts of groveling greed, pissing matches and other accounts of dealers (and you know who you are) offering this stuff to those of us who couldn't make it to the chase. meteorite collecting is NOT a kid's sport . it is a big-boy toy, big- money hobby and not everyone has a right to do it. just like billfishing and powder skiing in aspen (which is my big -boy toy), the fact that not everyone has a right to do it , makes it fun for those of us rich enough who can. as far as the sellors of this material- more power to you- that's called capitalism in its purest form and it( + free government hand-outs) make this nation the most coveted place to live on in the known universe. i hope all of the dealers out there make buckets of cash off of this. they deserve it. i also hope the people that own the condos i stay at when i ski make l oads of cash too, so that they can make their yacht payments, the continue to keep the mountain open, built better- steeper, runs and longer half-pipes, so that i can catch bigger airs on the way down. i will, in turn, return again the next year to spend a nother $4,000 and the whole cycle starts again.
