Hello all,

Thanx to all who responed to my fit of anger. Sounds like many out there have
had some luck with the care of these pieces.

Upon being reminded of several (truly?)stable pallasites and irons available
out there, I must back away from my generalization of them all being rusters.
Personally I'm having very little luck with the iron/pallasite part of my
collection. It has more to do with what I've purchased. And to clarify, my
small slice of Imilac has only a bit of rust showing up, but that was the
start of the others going bad.

The two B's have had bad histories...yet there is a lot of it for sale with
the "new stabilization methods". I think I'll wait a few years to hear the
results. Time will tell...not a brief bath in salt water.

Thanx again for comments,

John
