Hello List, It is the buyer not the seller who sets the market price on =
meteorites. I have seen other "over priced" PF meteorites on E-Bay That =
never sold. If someone buys this one, they will have single handedly set =
the price for PF smashes or what ever they are being called at $100 a =
gram. I don't think it will sell, Oh well.

  And that's perfectly fine. I think everyone should collect for =
whatever reason appeals to them. I was just reacting to what I =
perceived to be a somewhat elitist insinuation that valuing meteorites =
which struck objects or towns is somehow not as sophisticated as =
collecting by classification, or any other reason for that matter. =20
