<P><BR>Hello Jeff,</P>
<P>Thanks for the survey.&nbsp; It was interesting to see the find and fall percentage so close and that LL's did not get a higher rating.&nbsp; I goes to show there are many reasons why we like and collect meteorites.</P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;G'day List,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Firstly, thanks to all those who sent in replies to the post. While it's hard to get a good cross-section from 20-30 different replies, there were some interesting and somewhat unexpected outcomes. It started with an on-slaught of the LL-Chondrites (which I sort of expected) but a number of collectors in the last few days sent in majority votes for the H-Chondrites and slightly tipped the scales. The final result:
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;H-Chondrites: 37%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;H/L Chondrites: 0%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;L-Chondrites: 30%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;L/LL Chondrites: 5%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;LL-Chondrites: 28%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Falls: 48.8%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Finds: 51.2%
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;And as for the overall most popular meteorite.......
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;there isn't one! ;-) It was tied between several different meteorites. They were...
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Thuathe (H4) [Fall]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Vytaka (H4-5) [Find]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Portales Valley (H6) [Fall]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;NWA 869 (L5) [Find]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Richfield (LL3.7) [Find]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Ensisheim (LL6) [Fall]
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;with meteorites like Bensour, Kilabo, Gold Basin, Holbrook, Zag and Honolulu coming in a close 2nd! (All Falls too except for G.B.)
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Hope you all enjoyed this interesting little exercise! Maybe in the near future I'll think of a different favourite to ask about!
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Cheers,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
