On the other hand there are reports about the Sikhote-Alin dust trail
having been been observable for several hours before "the particles
precipitated or were scattered by the wind." Or, remember the long-
lasting dust clouds left by the fireballs of both the Pasamonte eucrite
and the Tagish Lake carbonaceous chondrites.
