This is a problem of your perception, not of my ad. If you think you can
judge my intentions for buying slices of numbered NWAs by the four or
five lines I have written, I congratulate you on your self-esteem - and
I pity you for that at the same time.

Yes, I stated cheap - what's your problem with that? I do not intend to
spend a lot on having a representative sample of ordinary chondrites
from Northwest Africa.

There are a lot of decent members from that list that have sent me a
list of specimen they have to offer. Believe it or not: this is what my
message was thought for: getting in contact with people willing to part
from some of their NWAs. I wasn't after silly comments from someone who
has no manners and little social talents.

Regarding the idiots in the forest: you are right. But the biggest
idiots are those considering themselves clever for finding out they are
not alone.

Whatever: rest assured that whether cheap or expensive, a H6 or a
Mesosiderite C - I won't buy from you. Not this time, not later.

I say this without bitterness. And that's the last thing I'll write in
reply.

Now it's off to two weeks of leisure and fun in South Tyrol :-)

Regards,
Bernhard Rems

Well, your add seemed to me to be coming from a pathetic high school
kid. Ebay right now has the scraps, small slices and pieces at the
lowest give away prices ever.....read the http://www.meteoritetimes.com
article from Michael Blood on market trends........and then go hunt for
cheap meteorites.
Oh, I have about eight kilo's of NWA's that are investment quality bits
and pieces and whole specimens. I didn't plan on being funny, but then
again, collecting marbles seems to be much more affordable to many, and
your post was such an easy mark. Re read your post...you stated
cheap...DOH!
DF
(there are many idiots in the forest)
