Hello List, If you look at the Arizona meteorite map at this link,

 There are three things that are interesting.

1. All meteorite finds are along highways or by populated areas.

2. The biggest clusters of finds are where the most meteorite hunting takes
place, Gold Basin and Tucson, home of the Meteorite hunters.

3. There is a lot of areas without finds!

I would bet if you hunted the virgin areas as vigorously as GB and Tucson
most of the map would look like GB and Tucson!
