Keith,

I find that your email offensive and inappropriate. It appears to me that
you have not given Steve enough time to respond to your concerns and you are
using the list to slander him.

You say you emailed him and he did not respond. Have you considered that he
may not have received your email? Since Steve has not responded (yet) how
do you know what his intensions are? If you have sent him numerous emails
(from you note it looks like only one was sent) then why don't you get his
phone number and call him?

I am sure that Steve will gladly refund your money if you are unhappy with
your win.

I have only dealt with him once when we traded meteorites but this one
experience was very positive.
