And Senator Glenn has been an in the loop NASA advocate for years and very qualified to put foward an opinion. Besides this new policy is not yet writen in stone and is likely to further evolve as time goes on. Bushie didn't write this policy he just signed off on it. It is high on Flash Gordon adventure while cutting into real science. Actually I kind of like it except for the hidden star wars elements.
