[meteorite-list] weather effects on metal?

Hi list, I need your help! : ) I have a great %70 crusted SAU 001
individual. Well I made a window on the %30 part and it is so nice! There is
some real nice small flakes of metal, but there is also what looks to be
metal, but without the metal shine, just a dull metallic look. It also
surrounds a chondrule or two, like an armored chondrule, but is this metal
or not? Does metal weather into this, or is it something else?
  If it is metal, and these are armored chondrules, this one does have
something pretty neat. There is a rectangular inclusion (?) that has the
same appearance as the chondrules, same color, looks like the same stuff,
just rectangular but it is also armored, a rectangular armored chondrule,
how neat is that? : )
