Ahh... it seems you are correct Jeff.

The table lists GRO 021579 as a CO4 but on checking the separate entry it is
indeed listed as CO3. Oh well... back to re-editing the lists! ;-)

Thanks,

Jeff

Grove Mountains 021579 72?57'55"S, 75?12'55"E
Antarctica
Found 2003
Carbonaceous chondrite (CO3)
The fragment weighs 6.57 g, with a few remains of fusion crust.
Classification and mineralogy (CAS): Chondrules are small and have a bimodal
size distribution, with one peak at 30-100 ?m and the other at 350-600 ?m in
diameter. Modal abundance ratio of chondrule to opaque matrix is 1.2. Fe-Ni
metal and sulphide are rare. Ca-Al-rich inclusions were found, and they are
strongly altered. Silicates are highly heterogeneous: olivine, Fa18.8?20;
low- Ca pyroxene, Fs7.0?12. Shock stage, S1; weathering grade, W1.
