Hi list. For anyone who has not gotten a piece of OLD YELLER,NWA 4292,is
either missing out or is nicely surprised by this unique chondrite.I have
never seen a chondrite devoid of some type of fusion crust anywhere.I just
received my 150 gram fragment and it looks a little like a piece of
CORNBREAD.My piece has a small cut window and shows alot of metal.I am
surprised by the L class.Oh well I did not classified it so it is a very
fine specimen to me.And the price was just right. Thanks to adam hupe for
making this and the 44 gram slice of MALOTAS available. Both very nice
meteorites.
