Hi Michael and All,

Never really considered it to be just a UK thing...but anyway...nowadays with us it seems to be an excuse to have yet another Christmas get together and meal at another family members house...well thats what has happened with our family for many years....but the name comes from a very old tradition of boxing up presents to give away to those less fortunate on that day...a lost tradition it seems.

Happy new year and best regards

Graham
