I wondered why the names of people were available. That's what's
going on then maybe.
I used to sell a lot of Roseville pottery and I always insured. The
insurance is with the seller, not the buyer, and the seller should
take the responsibility to give the money back and wait the 90 days it
takes sometimes to get the insurance claim. I used to buy a lot of
pottery and it sometimes would be packed shittily, and of course
broken and the seller would require that I wait the 90 days it took
for usps to settle the claim. Once with ups the company decided the
packing was substandard so I was out the money, even though the seller
had asked and I did buy the insurance.
I wonder who the seller and buyer are in this situation....you're
right this may not be theft at all...it may be something entirely
different.
The Best always..
Barry
