Hi Shawn,

You can download the archive radar data from NCDC:

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/nexradinv/

But you will need an imager (e.g. NOAA's Weather and Climate
Toolkit) to decompress and load the V03.gz data. Also, I've
been having trouble for the last hour or so getting additional
data out of NCDC. Site has been very slow all night, and seems
to be experiencing technical difficulties.
