First, to Richard, a great effort on the compiled Google Earth file. While
we are on this subject, how many of you know of inaccuracies in the
locations in MetBul? I know of at least 4 in AZ, 2 of which are so obvious I
reported them to the editor. Unfortunately, as I write they remain
inaccurate. Is there a better method for corrections? Michael, double check
the history for the find near your home before you spend a great deal of
time searching. On the other hand you may find something new!

Aha then they have a problem in their encoding script that they should
be made aware of. I was never aware of this database until your email
and there is a site that is close by me that I am glad was listed so I
can go visit with my son and have a hike around and see if we can get
lucky and find anything that was missed out there.

Thanks again for posting,
Mike

aware that the output file is taken directly from the Meteoritical Society's
Database so any errors come from their server. All I did was generate the
file on their site, zip it up and upload it to my site.
