[meteorite-list] NASA's BIG ONE Sutter's Mill

Wow I had the honor to be there when that 100% complete and crusted 17 gram gem was found. It was beautiful. And it still looked good after the rain and wet soil that surrounded it. I was grateful to be part of the team that day. Btw one veteran hunter left because he thought that we were too far south 1.2 miles from Lotus park. Good to meet you Bob Ron Peter and Michael. The home owner was very hospitipal and a pleasure to work with. Her neighbor too. The horses not so much. They wouldn't leave my dog alone. Dan Miller

I was told that the grey looking meteorite might be a diogenite or howardite, but I'm leaning more to the diogenite. Any and all suggestions recommended on the kinds. I have also listed the one's for sale previously, and they are still for sale. Two Sikhote Alins, and unknown iron, and the OC.

>I have had a few idiots contacting me through eBay trying sell suspected material from this fall.? I think it is rude for someone to use eBay to contact a seller to advertise their own garbage.? I told them that the eBay contact is for prospective customers only, not someone trying to peddle their crap so leave me alone.? One did his own research on the internet and thought I might be interested in paying $50,000.00 for a small piece.? I told him not believe what he hears on TV about CM type meteorites or reads on the net and that this meteorite hasn't even been classified yet.
