He is crazy asking $1,800.00 for a piece of Ourique, a very common H4 which normally sales for $1.00 /gram the last time some was put up on eBay.

I have a feeling that the fraudster from Portugal may be at it again. He is listing under the name "nrscc" and has some rare items for sale. No provenance, few details, ...

Let me know your thoughts so we can stop this if in fact a fraud.
