Interesting about the focus being put onto Native American cultures and the
importance they place on meteorites. I am fortunate that my wife, who is
50% Cherokee Native American, shares similar interests to this day. She has
never once complained about my fascination and spending on artifacts,
meteorites and other collectables. She recently joked about collecting
land. We will need it for the rock garden she has put together while
spending a great deal of time with the new and improved Team LunarRock in
the field.

Below is an image of my wife admiring a famous and controversial 800 pound
artifact that we purchased from the original finders and are storing among
other collectables. Some of you may recognize this artifact from a
"documentary" show dedicated a complete episode to the piece. I do not
agree with the show host's interpretations, felt the urge to rescue it from
his laboratory (studio) and purchased out from underneath them. Many of
these shows have no respect for such things and are more concerned with
shamelessly promoting themselves. I am onto a meteorite that weighs several
times the amount of this artifact, is located on private property which is
for sale and surrounded by lithic scatter meaning early man was drawn to it.
It will definitely be a pallet buster like this piece!
