It is always difficult to judge a situation based on second hand reports and
biased opinion. However, perhaps Farrell's comments should be seen in relation
to his track record? (e.g. his involvement with the Nova meteorites, or with the
SNCs that were auctioned at Guernsey's).
If I had found myself if Farrell's position then I would not have hesitated in
issuing injunctions and writs for libel against several newspapers and
magazines, and I would have asked the police to investigate corruption in the
diplomatic service. As far as I am aware, Farrell has not done any of these
things. Hmm.
Of course, I could be part of this vast conspiracy against Farrell. And why not?
Everyone else seems to be involved!
