ok, folks, I have been in Breccia and Bernd is right, they say
bretch-e-a
the cc is pronounced like sh in english but cc is more hard.
Go to an Italian Restaurant and order "Carpaccio" , so can imagine that.
How about asking an Italian pizza - maker and send the pronouncing as
wave-file via email ?
