Hi list

We spend two days in Paris and went to visit the incredible DIAMONDS
exhibition at the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle de Paris. (1 hour
queue to enter !) It is worth going there.
It displays the biggest ever made exhibition of diamonds over the world,
including many many historical diamonds and also in showcase just three
major meteorites; a Murch with crust, and Allende and ORGUEIL MAIN MASS with
its remaining crust! All three have nano diamonds. Also displayed the
diamond dust extracted from 1 kg of Allende: a white paste just like flour!
Thanks also to Bob Hagg who mad available for that show his wide Esquel
slice, you know, the one that he is holding above his head and that all of
us have seen in many publications. Impressive!

If you pop up in Paris before this summer, take an afternoon to visit this
exhibition. And do not miss the treasure room, downstairs, when you think
you have finished the tour!
