I agree with you, I really wish everybody could see that collection. I was
absolutely stunned by the size of some of the pieces. We are so used to
seeing small to tiny pieces of a lot of these meteorites, (Orgueil, Ivuna,
Vigarano for instance) that it is amazing to see how big they really are.
The other big surprise was discovering the meteorites that are never
available on the market. When did you last see a large slice of Bustee,
Mezo-Madaras, or Pinnaroo? and those are just examples, there were many more.
Lastly, I had seen pictures, good pictures, of Lafayette. But this meteorite
is even more amazing in person, it is so perfect!
