[meteorite-list] CatMet CD ROM problems

My computer has the necesssary hardware and software specs to run this = CD; However, when I install the CD, it seems to install OK, but when I = double click the icon on the desktop, I get the message "Cannot find CTL3D.DLL" and it stops there. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.
