I acquired some major meteorites in a very old = collection. One of the pieces is Oroville, California, a 182.9 gram = slice of this iron.=20 What is interesting is that the meteorite was in the Sna Francisco = earthquake and fire, the museum burned to the ground and the only pieces = salvaged were this meteorite and some fossil specimens. It is a rare = IIIB iron. Has anyone ever seen a piece of this meteorite for sale?=20 Any offers?
