As for out of print books you are correct Rolf's book is excellent. I just wished the pictures were in color. I'm sure due to the cost of color though it would be a very expensive book. It is quite a long (Wide) book and would not fit on my existing book shelf so I had to by a new deeper bookcase for it. Made the book more expensive than I planned on.

I also have this one "Thanks Dieter" and I would recommend it to any even if you can't read German.
