And "some people" think that a whole lot more is known as fact than really is.
Writings by individuals or groups with vested interests in points of view,
written years are decades after events supposedly happened, are not "facts".
They are "accounts", "anecdotes", maybe even "evidence". Not "facts". "Facts"
only come from physical evidence or maybe (but less solidly) multiple
uncontaminated independant sources giving unconflicting accounts. That goes for
the bible and for every other written account of history from any and every
other culture. Eye witness accounts are only as reliable as the eye witness.
And eye witnesses aren't reliable. And as a story passes from one person to the
next, it changes.

We KNOW much, much, much less about all aspects of the past than "some people"
seem to think.
