A lot of you have bought my zagora irons the last few
months and I dont keep track of everybody so I will
just send to the list. I have had these for about 3
years but only started selling them late last year
after UCLA looked at some of them and determined them
to be paired with zagora. That was enough for me so I
then started selling them as zagora.
I may have a little problem however. One of my
customers bought one of my zagoras on ebay, etched it
and here is a photo of what he came up with.
I am actually not sure what zagora looks like etched
so if people have photos please send them to me but I
am told that zagoras etch dont look like this.
Since some from my batch have been checked out and
confirmed zagora by UCLA it appears that there is a
different NWA iron mixed in with my zagora's and I
cant tell them apart (The one in the photo above that
my customer bought could well have been the only non
zagora in my lot or there could be others mixed in
with the zagoras also.
Anybody wanting to return my zagoras for a refund is
free to do so (Although if not zagora this would
probably be worth more so I guess thats not much of an
offer is it - sort of like offering a refund on an H5
that later turns out to be an LL3).
I have 47 zagoras now on ebay and in my auctions right
now but I plan to sell them as NWA irons in the future
with a little writeup and will update the listings of
whatever is left after my big sale wednesday. I plan
to try and raise the price on the rest of them but
will see how that goes.
Somebody showed me the etch on NWA 2680 and to me it
doesnt look paired with that in my photo but if
anybody has ideas of what mine might be paired with
let me know.
These were on display with blaine reed in denver last
year but he never sold any so nobody has any of these
from blaine although some people have bought some from
me in munich last year.
If anybody has any etched zagora photos that they
wouldent mind me using in my ebay auctions I would be
appriciative if you would send them to me.
