Here's a question for everyone. The answer may be simple, or it may be complex.

Does anyone know if ANY meteorite has been found to contain ANY type, or level of radiation?

>From a solar radiation standpoint, I obviously understand that we are closer to the sun than the origin of most meteorites (for instance, the asteroid belt)... but what affect does the Earths atmosphere have on radiation levels versus the vacuum of space? Does it have a shielding or magnifying affect?
