[meteorite-list] Shipping to bad news places.

I just had a near loss with Italy. Against my better judgement, I shipped a sizable piece of NWA479. Luckily, I registered the package. It never got delivered, but the customer was able to track it down using the registered number. It had been sitting in the same customs office for 29 days. WTF?
