This is very close to the same area we got buzzed by a fighter jet. You can
see the road that leads to Area 51 from the top of the peak in your video.
Some of the areas are so steep that you need to bring rock climbing gear to
get at some of the microbreccias. I recognize the petroglyph rock near the
parking area at the bottom of the mountain.

I do not remember the altitude but I was completely out of breath hauling
out a 100 pound plus piece of freshly chipped out breccia. I slung it in a
large towel and tied it to my back. It damaged my Camel Back hydration pack
so water soaked my back side all the way down the mountain. It was so steep
that I almost fell off of a cliff when the giant breccia specimen load
shifted!

Be careful when hunting out there since the nearest medical facilities are
at Area 51 and the second nearest are probably in Las Vegas a hundred or
more miles away. You can drive around 30 miles or so down the road and get
an Alien Burger and Alien Ale at the Rachel Inn. The funny thing is that
the burger tastes just like beef and the Ale tastes similar to beer!.

Happy Hunting,

Adam
