Just wanted to say thanks for the virtual tour of the Smithsonian! Having
been raised with weekend visits to the American Museum of Natural History
in NY as a child, and now residing in the museum-starved northland of
Alaska I truly enjoyed your post.
I'll have to be content living vicariously through you, until I find that
big one sitting atop a glacier somewhere....
