Hi,     This does not make sense to me. I also deal
 in gem rough and cut stones. So what you are saying is
that if i cut a nice ruby from say Asia they can say they
want it back. I don't think so!
        Now if they want to pass laws to forbid the sale
of meteorites., they can do that. But what you have
in your collection would be "grandfathered"  i would
guess. But why does Argentine goverment want
them back anyway? Do they have a shortage of rust?
