[meteorite-list] Export permits and African meteorites

I doubt if Tim said that they have no (NO, none zip, etc) African meteorites.
The main point of his comment is what you said: "export permits" and what you
inferred (or didn't as the case may be) as "verification". Anybody who has seen
the collection knows that there are tons of African meteorites, justno
SaharaXXX, etc.
